The cost for been a paying customer is to big. We are a small company and for us the cost doesn't add up. We would like to be able to use the API at a less cost, and also the possibility to have contracts expire and renew them
Sometimes it is difficult to find some buttons and features. It is a minor thing but still frustrates me sometimes. Apart from that I don't see many cons.
It is not possible to bulk export documents.
The layout options for contracts, it's not that user-friendly to edit. The fact that we cannot update contracts across users in the organization without sending new versions could also be something that could be improved.
The editor is somewhat limited in functionality (like styling of headings, dynamic table of contents etc.)
It's pretty expensive, especially if you need more seats or features like automation's. So it might not be suitable for startups or smaller SMBs. There are other tools with similar features that are cheaper.
